The staff provided really good service, always willing to help with local tips and directions. Our rooms were not only clean and comfortable, but also tastefully decorated with great lighting. The location felt safe, with easy access to public transport. Breakfast was good, featuring fresh fruit and coffee available around the clock. We appreciated the flexible 12:00 check-out and the convenience of luggage storage.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location was favourable and close to everything, amazing base for rest. It was good to be 1 mile away from Fuente Mardoqueo, serving short-orders. The room was clean, and it had central heating, multi-channel television, and an electronic key card that were useful. The bed was good and the bathroom here was impeccably clean...

I had a really uncomfortable experience with the staff continuously pressing me to go out for drinks, despite my clear no. It felt more annoying than friendly, and I just wanted to relax, not deal with that kind of pressure.

It was an ideal hotel, nothing too much trouble, would definitely recommend. The staff was nice and around most of the time. Cumming metro station was 5 min away.

While the area isn't the best, the cozy atmosphere and clean rooms compensated for it. Breakfast had its quirks, but complimentary drinks in the lounge were a nice touch!

The room was so tiny we struggled to fit both our luggage and move around comfortably. It felt cramped, making it tough to unwind. Such a shame because the place was clean, but the lack of space really killed the vibe.

Wow, what a great stay! The location is perfect for exploring the area, just a short stroll to the subway and surrounded by vibrant street art. The hotel itself was super clean and modern, making it a cozy retreat. The staff? Totally friendly and helpful, which made my time there even better. Plus, spending Christmas there felt so special, with the festive vibes all around!
Now, the downsides. My room was a bit cramped with no desk, which was tough for getting work done. the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at times, so keep your wits about you. Oh, and breakfast was just okay—not much variety.

Located conveniently close to the bus terminal, making it easy for us to catch our transportation.
The breakfast selection could be improved to match the high standard set by other aspects of the hotel.

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, always providing useful information and going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. the rooms are kept impeccably clean, offering a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. the hotel is conveniently located close to Barrio Yungay, with plenty of nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. the availability of fruit and coffee throughout the day is a nice touch that adds to the overall positive experience.
the breakfast could be more varied and generous to match the hotel's other high standards. some rooms may lack windows, which can be inconvenient who prefer natural light.

I always stay here. Great staff helped my elderly parents. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, security, airport shuttle. Love the flat-screen TV, cots, no smoking. Coming back for Xmas. It suits me perfectly.
